EB Kondra Associates is a small consulting firm with staff in White Rock and Victoria, BC. Our clients are throughout Greater Vancouver and Vancouver Island. Our work is focused on building envelope and building science issues, including: failure investigation, condition assessment, design for new construction and remediation, project management and litigation support. We also specialize in producing depreciation reports for stratas with wood-frame buildings of all sizes.
